According to IHS Markit analyst Jeff Lin, Apple will refresh its MacBook Air lineup with faster processors and macOS Catalina in September. The MacBook Air was last updated in October of last year, making a major comeback after years of no updates.
Lin also says Apple will update its 13-inch MacBook Pro without Touch Bar in September with a new processor and macOS Catalina. Apple updated the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar last month.
Although Apple tends to wait until October to launch new Macs, it looks like the update could happen in September alongside new iPhone and Apple Watch models.
